free tuk-tuk service friendly staff convenient station loose lights hot hallway bad elevator
the hotel offered a free tuk-tuk service to the nearest train station. it was very convenient!!! by foot, it was about a 10-minute walk to the station. the staff was very friendly and cute too.
the pool had loose lights, which looked very hazardous. the elevators and all the hallways were very hot. the lobby and restaurant were okay.

rooftop pool tasty food upgraded room
The rooftop pool was amazing. It had a great atmosphere, especially at night. breakfast was included, and i liked that the buffet wasn't too big but the food was tasty and fresh! the staff gave me another room with the same upgrade i had booked ready by 10am. I couldn't ask for better service, especially after a long flight.

free tuk-tuk marvelous croissants coffee maker
The staff provided a free tuk-tuk to the nearest bts station i found it useful. Breakfast had marvelous croissants and a good variety. The room was quite big and included a coffee maker it had fine soundproofing.
The room i had was dark.

The rooftop has a pool and a bar i considered it an oasis. The hotel offers free tuk-tuks for local trips and arranged airport transfer. After checking out i could still use all the facilities.

The spacious family rooms were clean i appreciate that. Rooms provide enough space for everyone in the family. The room had good linen and a very comfortable bed a great thing.

The breakfast buffet was extensive it catered to all tastes. I found several thai dishes available these were delicious. I could order custom egg dishes that was wonderful.

rooftop pool live music beautiful king room
the rooftop pool was enchanting.. i adored the live music at night. our beautiful king room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the complimentary tuk-tuk service was such a lovely touch.
